That is: is the portrayal of Christianity given by Cone or Williams setting itself up as the only acceptable portrayal? If so, then anyone left out of that portrayal would be left out of Christianity. If not, then it is possible that the particular story may not fit for a person who is nonetheless a Christian. For Cone, I think he is advocating an exclusive vi0o&ni#823s;but I’m really not so sure with Williams. I think Williams might have a more limited scope and a more porous boundary.
